We had a minor issue with our room upon arrival, but the hotel staff quickly resolved it and even upgraded us to a better room. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the local food and shopping options. The breakfast was tasty and the lobby had a nice atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel.

Fast and uncomplicated check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and attractive suite over 2 floors with lots of space. Skytrain within walking distance, so you can get everywhere quickly in the city

The coffee is not the strong point of the hotel, but there is a nice cafe downstairs in the foyer!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The location was perfect, situated in the center of the Phrompong area, yet tucked away in a quiet area. Despite being close to all the malls and attractions, it offered a peaceful retreat. The staff was fantastic and provided exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and excellent facilities. The breakfast spread catered to all tastes, with fresh and delicious options available.

The location is perfect, as it is in the center of the Phrompong area, close to all the malls, yet in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel was luxury, I truly enjoyed the friendly professional staff and incredible breakfasts. The room was nicely furnished and beautifully designed with separate bathroom and the view was beautiful. The location was exceptionally nice, you can visit a serviced apartment by walking. The area was shopping very close to Bangkok for surgery purposes, many restaurants and shopping centers.
